I know you said no more suggestions, but I’m gonna do it anyways, for shits and giggles. So I’m watching these freakin’ swank shoes. Chica trades them to someone who ends up not liking the fit. She re-rehashes the shoes. Boy, I wish there was some way I could know that. Like, somewhere in the completed trades, she could click a button that would repost the rehash, but in her name, and editable, and it would still be on my watch list (since I didn’t delete it) as the classifieds number could remain the same, or with the same number and a letter designation after. That way, as she re-rehashes it, I know I can get it from HER!

Well, it wouldn’t work exactly as you explained (keeping the same Rehash ID and such) since those IDs are attached to a user via a hashed key, plus we kinda like keeping records of previous items posted, as I’m sure you guys do too. Creating a new record with a carbon copy of the details and some of the original record’s associations (like watches) would be the best way to go.

I guess I’ve got to add this to the enormous to-do list under “Ambyr’s suggestions.” I think I’m going to make a dart board with all the suggestions you’ve all made and bring someone off the street to throw a dart to see which one to start on first.
