This is a red waist band (?) and a flower thing for a suit/tux. I don't know what else to call this. I had to buy this for a choir concert way back in elementary or middle school or something. I guess that means it's kids sized. Would be good for a boys tux. I literally only wore this once

I wore this once for a burlesque outfit. This is useful for many different costumes (Devil, Vampire, Burlesque, Showgirl...?) The skirt IS a mini skirt...it's super stretchy with little black bows.
