We’re doing the best we can :-( we can’t just delete her because that would be unfair for the people she has pending trades with, especially if they’ve already sent to her. That would delete all traces of what she owes them. We’re already deleted her rehashes and are not allowing her to upload new ones.

Is that why my current ongoing trade with her doesn’t show up in my trades? We made a trade about a month ago and I shipped my end, but yesterday night I noticed that it doesn’t appear in my trades.

That probably means she deleted your trade but not to worry since we already know she owes you something she won’t be allowed to trade until every last rehasher she owes something to has informed us that they received.
